Refund policy

At Eat My Sexy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Thongs & Briefs
For hygiene reasons, thongs and briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing or change of mind. This does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Robe Returns
To request a robe return, email hello@eatmysexy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Robes must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage, with original tags and the matching belt attached.

Please contact us for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping for sizing or change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds
We will inspect your return and email you about approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For an eligible robe, request a return and place a separate order for your preferred size or color.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Email hello@eatmysexy.com  as soon as you discover an issue. Include your order number and photos, if available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer laws.
